1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to krakya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and krakya ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing krakya's website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krakya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your krakya account.

If you suspect that your krakya account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact krakya's support team immediately. Krakya will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Krakya reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual login activity is detected, pending verification from the account holder. This is done to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Krakya currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All transactions on krakya are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the krakya wallet section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits made to your krakya account are non-reversible once confirmed. If you believe a deposit has been processed incorrectly, contact krakya's support team with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated.

• Krakya is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand these Terms.
• Krakya is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Krakya is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad.
• Krakya is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

Krakya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if krakya reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to krakya or other players.

Players may also close their own krakya account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad account within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed by krakya due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at krakya's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

11 Privacy and Data
